Selina Kaiser
Postdoctoral Researcher
Selina K. Kaiser obtained her PhD degree at ETH Zurich in 2021 under the supervision of Prof. Javier Pérez-Ramírez. Her research, funded by an ETH research grant, was focused on the synthesis and characterization of well-defined carbon-based materials and supported metal nanostructures for sustainable vinyl chloride production via acetylene hydrochlorination.
In June 2021, Selina joined the groups of Prof. Cynthia Friend and Prof. Joanna Aizenberg as a SNSF early postdoc mobility fellow where her current work is focused on the design of nanostructured bimetallic catalysts for chemoselective hydrogenations.
